This work brings to light, from the perspective of human rights, the discussion about guaranteeing a balanced work environment in Brazil, expressing its normative aspects, bringing data that encourage the alarm raised by the implications surrounding labor-environmental issues. Therefore, this research has the general objective of demonstrating the imperative role of human rights in guaranteeing work activities in a dignified environment, and specifically, the manifestation of effective practices that achieve such protection. To this end, the use of deductive methodology and bibliographical research techniques, of a qualitative nature, stands out to expose, based on the principle of human dignity and human rights guidelines in Brazil, the positive experience of these legal instruments in confronting of the crises involving the work environment in the country. In the end, it can be stated that, through the results of this study, the roots and solutions of some of the main problems involving labor-environmental pollution in Brazil were detected, through a human rights approach, which are linked to the normative and federative aspects worked on.How to Cite
