The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the world represents a need to adapt to a new reality that has led to an educational inventiveness to continue training processes in health, a field in which conflicts emerged, mainly related to the development of clinical practice. This study presents a literature review that aims to analyze the scientific production related to university education in health in the context of this pandemic, identifying the lessons learned about the use of networked digital technologies experienced in this area. The search in the Scielo, Medline, Lilacs, and Ibecs databases was conducted in April 2021, proceeding to the steps of identification, selection, eligibility, and inclusion of articles, resulting in 27 studies included and analyzed. Three categories described the synthesis of studies: Planning and Infrastructure for Remote Learning; Teaching-Learning Strategies; and Psychosocial and Sociocultural Issues. The main challenges encountered were related to the lack of knowledge about the technologies, difficulty in accessing them, and resistance to their use. The learning involved the use of digital technologies in online classes, the production of educational content, and the implementation of services. In addition to enabling the training continuity of health professionals, the actions developed made it possible to meet the demands of the population and reinforced the social role of the university. Given the panorama found, there is a need for more research that contributes to the production of knowledge and the development of innovative pedagogical solutions.
